Return Process

  Log in to your duriantea account and navigate to your order history to select the electronic item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
